8. Returns and Exchanges

Either party may terminate the business relationship at any time with written notice. Outstanding orders and payments shall survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, provided that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
